factor out backtraceForEmacs() into `swank:backtrace`

write `swank:debugger-info-for-emacs` out, and hence delete
debuggerInfoForEmacs().

Now wandering past the --more-- prompt in sldb gives an infinite
sequence of NULLs, but at least it's not a cascade of errors any more.
